After I graduated from college, I began my career in this field, but it was brief. I fell in love woth the marketing aspect of business and eventually focused solely on that. 

I found myself thrust into the world of marketing and public relations eventulaly teaching marketing in high school. Coming from a long line of teachers, I was drawn to this careeer path. After earning my graduate degree, I was invited to climb the career ladder a little more. As my children called it, "I taught teachers how to be teachers," at a collegiate level. 

I couldn't leave the education profession completely, so this is not my only job. I have continued my career as a professor at University of Cincinnati teaching Educational Technology, Field Service Placement and Public Relations. 

As a mom, I have found the most joy. I have a son and a daughter and raising them has been so much fun and oh, so challenging. 

My son is at UC studying to become a pilot. I can not wait to take advantage of his buddy passes with the airline he chooses. They all have flights to one beach or another. 

My daughter graduated from UC and is working as a contractor. She is also a Cincinnati Cougar, a professional women's tackle football player. In July 2024, they won the national championship.
